One code or a rental?
For a single verification with a selected service. Eligible orders with no code are refunded to your wallet.
Access to the same number and its incoming SMS for the selected period. You do not choose a website in advance. Rental refund rules differ from one-code orders.
After you buy
Your number is assigned after confirmation. Open My rentals to see your number, messages and expiry date. If assignment is pending, its status appears there.
These plans receive SMS only. Calls and a physical SIM are not included. A website may reject a virtual number or decline to send a message.
Before you choose
How long can I keep the number?
US plans last 28 days; UK and Australia plans last 30 days. Hong Kong and Indonesia offer 30-day and 180-day plans. Your chosen period is shown before payment.
Can I renew the same number?
Automatic renewal is not available in this checkout. Access ends at the displayed expiry date. Do not assume the same number will be available again.
Can I pay in naira?
Yes. Select your NGN wallet when reviewing the rental. The exact charge is shown in that currency before you confirm. Your separate wallet balances do not combine automatically.
What if I need help?
Message Support from your Simvo dashboard with the rental ID. We can investigate provisioning or message problems. See the refund policy for rental eligibility.
