Terms of Service

What Simvo is
Simvo sells access to phone numbers for the sole purpose of receiving one-time verification codes and SMS messages from third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, or Fiverr). You either buy a single-use number for one code, or rent a number for 24 hours to receive as many codes as arrive during that time.
The numbers themselves are provided through upstream telecom partners. Simvo is the storefront and wallet on top of that supply — we do not manufacture phone numbers ourselves.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, and for anything that happens under your account once you've signed in.
Give us an email address you actually control — it's how we'd reach you about your account or a payment issue.
Acceptable use
Numbers on Simvo are for receiving legitimate verification codes. Don't use them for harassment, fraud, spam, or any illegal purpose, and don't attempt to resell access to your account.
Some services explicitly forbid the use of virtual or non-personal numbers in their own terms. That's between you and that service — check their rules before you verify with a Simvo number, since we can't control how a third-party platform treats the number afterward.
We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, abuse, or to circumvent these terms. A suspended account keeps its wallet balance and data; it just can't sign in or spend while suspended.
Wallet and payment
You add funds to your wallet before spending — there's no subscription, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Wallet balances don't expire.
Prices are shown up front before you buy, in whichever currency you're funding in. Once a number is purchased and a code is delivered, that purchase is final.
Refunds
If a number expires without ever receiving a code, you're refunded in full to your wallet — see our Refund Policy for the exact details. Refunds go back to your Simvo wallet balance, not to your original payment method, since that's the only way a crypto payment can practically be reversed.
No guarantee of compatibility
We work to keep our numbers reliable, and we show real historical delivery rates so you can make an informed choice before buying. But we can't guarantee that any specific service will accept any specific number — carriers and destination services both make their own decisions we don't control. That's exactly why the no-code-no-charge refund exists.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Simvo after an update means you accept the current version. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
