Refund Policy

The promise
If a number never receives a code, you don't pay for it. That's the core promise Simvo is built on, and it's automatic — no form to fill in, no waiting for someone to approve it.
How it works
Cancel a number from your dashboard any time before it expires without having received a code, and the full purchase price is credited straight back to your wallet — instantly, in the same currency you paid in.
Refunds go to your Simvo wallet balance rather than back to your original payment method. That's the only way to reliably reverse a crypto payment, and it means you can put the balance straight toward another number immediately instead of waiting on a bank or blockchain transfer.
What isn't covered
If a code did arrive on the number, the purchase is final — the number did what it was sold to do. This holds even if the destination service later rejects that number for its own reasons (some platforms block numbers they identify as virtual); we sell access to receive a code, not a guarantee about how a third-party service treats it afterward.
A 24-hour rental is refundable only if it expires having received nothing at all during the full rental period.
Keeping this fair for everyone
Because refunds are instant and automatic, we do watch for patterns that look like buy-and-refund looping rather than genuinely bad luck — for example, refunding almost every purchase in a single day. Ordinary use, including the occasional string of bad luck, is never affected. Only sustained, high-volume looping gets reviewed, and even then the first response is a flag for our team to look at, not an automatic block.
