Getting a code
How fast does the code arrive?
Usually within seconds of the service sending it. Your inbox updates on its own — there is nothing to refresh.
What if no code comes through?
Cancel the number and you are refunded in full, straight to your wallet. You can try another country immediately.
Can I get a second code on the same number?
A single-use number is for one code. If you need more than one, rent a number by the day — it receives as many codes as you like while you hold it.
How long do I keep the number?
One hour for a single code, or a full day for a rental. After that it is returned and cannot receive anything.
Paying
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet in Naira or US Dollars, then spend from the balance. There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically.
Does my balance expire?
No. Money in your wallet stays there until you spend it.
Why do prices differ between services?
We pay more for numbers that work with busier services, and pass that through. Cheaper countries are usually available for the same service.
Coverage
Which services are supported?
1,304 at last count, across 145 countries — including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Fiverr and Upwork. If yours is not listed, "Any other service" works with most sites.
Can I choose the country?
Yes. Every service shows the countries it is available in, cheapest first.
Are these real phone numbers?
Yes — real numbers on real networks, from a shared pool. A single-use number is returned after your code; a 24-hour rental stays yours until it expires.
Rules and limits
Is there a limit on how many I can buy?
No. Buy as many as your wallet covers.
Will every service accept a virtual number?
No, and this is worth knowing before you buy. Some platforms block numbers they identify as virtual, and some prohibit them in their terms. Check the terms of the service you are verifying — if it does not permit virtual numbers, do not use one.
Can I see the messages later?
Yes. Codes stay in your dashboard even after the number expires, so you can look one up afterwards.
